Our blended programmes focus on the creation of a multi-skilled workforce. They provide supplementary training in workplace appropriate areas that add value and lead to additional qualifications by combining proficiency in complementary disciplines, for example Customer Service and Business Administration.
Our enhanced programmes are designed for those who require a higher awareness of specific workplace associated areas, for example health and safety. They provide additional value through supplementary bolt-on activities to basic NVQ provision, not necessarily connected to qualifications, but which can carry forward credits to contribute to further qualifications in the future.
Our performance programmes focus on business performance, with content that is business critical and of high value to the employer. They increase knowledge integral to specific job roles and personal development but which are not necessarily connected to NVQs, creating high levels of customer care and satisfaction and allowing businesses to thrive and become more profitable.
