At uke learning our specialist learner support team offers  one to one personal advice, guidance and support to both individuals and employers in a wide range of areas including basic skills, occupational competence training, employability skills, job search and support for re-entry into the workplace.   Quality is central to our service provision and each member of our staff is fully qualified and highly professional with extensive industry specific knowledge.

In partnership with each learner we make an initial assessment of  current skills and map these against requirements to identify gaps.  We then design individual programmes with planned objectives and milestones that keep our learners moving forward, constantly bringing new challenges to ensure success within a very quick timescale. 

As we move through each programme we continually assess progress and work towards agreed targets until success is achieved.  Following completion we then provide ongoing advice regarding any further training requirements you might have.
